A LITTLE GUIDANCE
Find your rhythm.
From your first sign-in to your next backup. Start here, then use the ⓘ button inside the tracker for help with the screen you’re on.
01 / ACCOUNT
Create an account and sign in
- Open My account, enter your email, and review the privacy notice and terms.
- Choose Send my sign-in link. Open the link from your inbox within 10 minutes. First sign-in creates the account.
- Complete the getting-started checklist. Account creation does not start a payment.
- When purchases open, create a purchase request, pay $5 USD using Goods and Services, then report the transaction reference. The seller verifies payment before opening access.
The email did not arrive, or the link expired.
Check spam and confirm the address. Wait a few minutes before requesting a fresh link. Each link is single-use and expires after 10 minutes. If you clicked it on another device, open My account there or request a new link on your preferred device.
Never forward a sign-in link, including to support. If links repeatedly fail, contact support with your device, browser and the error text.
I changed my phone. Why are my records missing?
Your account restores paid access, not health records. Use the original browser/device to export a JSON backup, then import that file in the tracker on the new device. If browser data was deleted and you have no backup, Cadence cannot recover it from the server.
Can two people share the same browser?
Saved tracker data is separated by account, but it is not encrypted by Cadence. Separate browser profiles or separate devices provide better separation. Sign out when finished. Other open tabs check for sign-out and account changes while online.
02 / FIRST USE
Set up your tracker
- Open Calendar → Add your first protocol.
Choose the item you want to record. Enter your existing dose, dates and schedule. Prescription entries start blank. Use your clinician’s instructions; guides and supplier templates do not determine what is right for you.
- Check one date before adding more.
Open a scheduled day and confirm the item, amount, time and schedule. Correct any entry errors before relying on the calendar.
- Add stock and supplies.
Use Stock → Add item. Record what you actually have. Logging Taken changes linked stock; clearing the log reverses that usage. Review quantities after your first log.
- Make your first backup.
Open More → Export JSON. Keep the file somewhere private. Export again regularly and before changing devices, site addresses, browser profiles or browser storage.
How do Taken, Skipped, and Missed differ?
Taken is a recorded event. Skipped is an explicit skipped entry. A past unlogged event appears missed; this is a recordkeeping state, not clinical guidance. Open a date to check or correct its record.
How do prescription changes work?
Use Change dose on the protocol card when your prescription changes and enter its effective date. Earlier logged entries retain their recorded amounts. Do not use an app control as a substitute for instructions from your prescriber.
Does calendar export keep itself up to date?
No. More → Device calendar downloads an .ics snapshot for import into your calendar. Later edits in Cadence do not update imported events. Review or remove older imports before importing again to avoid duplicate reminders.
Where is help inside the app?
Use the ⓘ button in the top bar for the current screen. Calendar, Protocols, Cycles, Stock and More have different explanations. The top bar also links back to this help centre and My account.
How do I install it on my phone?
For iPhone, open the tracker in Safari and choose Share → Add to Home Screen. For Android, open it in Chrome and choose Install app or Add to Home screen. Labels vary. The preview installs separately and contains only sample records.
This account-enabled build requires an internet connection to sign in and open protected tracker pages. Home-screen installation does not provide offline access. Your saved records remain local.
03 / YOUR RECORDS
Backup, restore, and privacy
Make a backup
In the tracker, open More → Export JSON. Save the download in a private folder you can find again. It may contain health information. Do not email it to support or post it publicly.
My account → Download local backup also exports this account’s saved records from the current browser. That option remains available after paid access expires.
Restore a backup
Sign in on the destination device, open the full tracker, then More → Import and choose your JSON backup. Import replaces that account’s current tracker data after confirmation. Export the current data first if you want to keep it. Check protocols, dates, logs and stock after restoring.
Clear records from this device
Use More → Delete all my data and read both confirmations. It removes this account’s tracker data and shared display preferences in this browser. It does not cancel your subscription, delete downloaded backups or erase copies imported into a calendar service.
What does signing out delete?
Signing out ends the account session. It does not delete saved tracker records. To remove records, export a backup if needed, then use the tracker’s data-deletion control before signing out.
What is sent to Cadence?
Account email, login/session records, consent, and subscription/payment references are processed for access. Tracker records are not synced to the server. Cloudflare hosts the site, the configured email provider delivers login links, and PayPal handles checkout. See the privacy notice.
04 / PAYMENTS
$5 for one year. Renew by choice.
There is no automatic renewal, subscription mandate or recurring charge. The proposed founding price buys one year of access, starting when the seller grants access after checking the payment.
How do I buy access?
Sign in, complete getting started, then create a purchase request in My account. Open the supplied PayPal link and send $5.00 USD using Goods and Services. If that option is unavailable, stop and contact support. Do not use Friends and Family. Return to Cadence and report only the PayPal transaction reference. Opening PayPal or reporting payment does not grant access.
The seller checks the completed payment in PayPal and grants access manually. The delivery window is within two business days of a completed payment being reported. Signup email and access delivery must be verified before purchases open.
I paid, but access is not available.
Check that you reported the transaction reference in My account. Refresh access status after seller review. Do not pay again to try to unlock it. If the report needs attention or the delivery window has passed, contact support with your purchase-request reference. Do not send card details, screenshots or health backups.
How do I renew or cancel?
Nothing renews automatically, so there is no recurring charge to cancel. Renewal opens 30 days before expiry. If you buy another year while access is active, that year starts at the current expiry. If access already expired, it starts when the renewed access is granted.
What happens when access expires?
Protected tracker pages require a new verified yearly payment. Saved health records are not deleted. After signing in, My account → Download local backup still exports this account’s records from that browser. Keep regular backups before the access period ends.
How do refunds work?
Refund policy: request a full refund within 14 calendar days of payment by emailing support with your payment/request reference. The seller verifies the receipt and processes the refund in PayPal. A completed refund or reversal ends access associated with that receipt; local records are not erased. Contact support from your account email to request the refund.
What is included?
Access to the tracker, calendar, logs, stock and reference views, plus updates published during the paid period. This does not include personal medical advice, cloud health-record sync, offline page access, guaranteed feature development or an app-store listing. Use the help centre and contextual ⓘ controls for guidance.
Still need help?
Email Cadence support with the page, device/browser, error text, and steps that caused it. For payment issues, include a transaction ID if available.
Do not send health records, private backups, passwords, sign-in links or full payment-card details. Support is for the app, not treatment decisions. Monitoring and response times have not been established.
